Cancellation Policy
In the event of no-show, reschedule, or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice customers that have paid a 75% deposit will incur a 25% fee in addition to any remaining balance. Customers who haven't paid a deposit will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled services. Please note that this fee is non-transferable to other services. Additionally, customers are allowed a maximum of 3 reschedules, after which the deposit will be forfeited. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
